Shrimp with Tequila and Rice.
Put two pounds of shrimps in sangria for 30minutes.
then just drop the sangria in a small bowl.
Slice the shrimps and put chess in those, and roll the shrimps
with beacon and fried in oil.
then boil the sangria for 10 min. and add a cup of Tequila and
leave it for 3 min. more.
Then put the shrimps in the pan and let them flare up with the rest
of Tequila.
Then let fried the rice in butter and oil in low flame,add onion and
let it fried shaking the pan until it sound be like sand.
Add slices of carrots,corn and bell pepper and keep frying for two more min.
Add half cup of milk,one cup of shrimp juice and lemon juice.
Then cover the pan and boil it low and leave it until the rice be done it take
25 or 30 minutes.
after that with the rice make a thread and put the shrimps in the center.
